Refund & Cancellation Policy

15-Day Risk-Free Evaluation Period

We offer an unconditional 5-Day Free Trial on all Grapple It platform tiers (Library, Mess, Hostel, and Hybrid Combo). No credit card or advance fee is required during this period. We encourage all facility managers to evaluate the complete system prior to purchasing a paid plan.

2Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through the Subscription & Billing tab in your admin dashboard, or by submitting a cancellation request via email to grappleit.in@gmail.com.

Upon cancellation, your facility will remain fully operational until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again following the expiration of that period.

3Refund Eligibility & Processing

Because Grapple It is a digital cloud SaaS product with an upfront free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once paid. However, full or prorated refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally billed multiple times for the same subscription period due to a gateway error.
• Severe Service Outage: If verified platform unavailability exceeds our 99.9% SLA commitment.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
