1Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or subscribing to Grapple It (“Service” or “Platform”) at https://grappleit.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
2Platform Description & Authorized Use
Grapple It provides a cloud-based multi-facility management SaaS platform for educational study libraries, mess dining halls, student hostels, and co-living establishments. Features include interactive seat grids, automated attendance, dynamic QR digital passes, mess token dispensing, gatepass safety workflows, and WhatsApp automated alerts.
3Subscription Plans, Free Trials & Payments
- • 5-Day Free Trial: New facility owners receive a 5-day complimentary free trial with full feature access and zero upfront payment commitment.
- • Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, semi-annual (15% discount), or annual (30% discount) basis via Razorpay.
- • Fair Use & Capacity: Each plan level is provisioned with generous member and branch limits. Overages or enterprise upgrades can be adjusted dynamically from the SuperAdmin & Billing tab.
4Data Ownership & Confidentiality
You retain 100% full legal ownership of all student data, member rosters, attendance logs, and financial records uploaded to your facility tenant. Grapple It acts strictly as a secure data processor and will never disclose or monetize your tenant records.
5Service Availability & Support
We strive to maintain a 99.9% application uptime SLA powered by high-availability edge networks and replicated PostgreSQL databases. Priority technical support is available via WhatsApp and phone (+91 9307771746) during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST).
Governing Law & Contact
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
